Gentle handling with advanced machine vision

Its compact design makes it easy to integrate AutoTend into both new and existing CompHatch systems. Using advanced machine vision, the robot assesses each object twice before removal, ensuring that healthy eggs and fry are not accidentally damaged or discarded. The system uses gentle suction and low pressure to carefully lift and move egg layers without harming them.

Robust and reliable design

Built for continuous operation over many years, AutoTend is robust and stable. Safety features ensure that the robot stops immediately if it encounters resistance or obstacles, protecting both the system and the fry. Minimal maintenance is required, contributing to dependable and trouble-free operation.

Easy retrofitting and flexibility

AutoTend can be easily retrofitted to new CompHatch 2020 systems and, with some modifications, also to older models. This makes it possible to modernize existing facilities without large investments in new equipment.
